How we review charities
We apply a straightforward checklist before listing any foundation. Our goal is to link only to organisations with a clear track record and a working donation infrastructure.
Our criteria
Every listed charity must have:
- An active official website served over
https:// - At least one checkable public channel such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, or LinkedIn
- A working, direct donation URL — no third-party crowdfunding campaigns or intermediary platforms
- A clear identity: registered foundation name, country of registration, and purpose
- A last reviewed date, updated at least once every six months
What we do not verify
We are not auditors. We do not verify financial statements, legal registration documents, or the specific claims each fund makes in its self-reported materials. We rely on publicly available information and established sources — primarily the Monobank charity registry — as a starting point.
If you notice discrepancies in a fund's reporting or have concerns about a listed organisation, we encourage you to contact the fund directly or consult an independent charity evaluator.
No verified badge
We do not use a "verified" badge or any similar trust marker with legal implications. Listing on Ukraine Gives means we found the fund's official donation links working at the time of our last review — nothing more. Always use your own judgement when donating.
Staying current
Every listing shows a "Last reviewed" date. We aim to re-check all listed funds at least every six months. Funds whose donation links are broken or whose websites go offline are removed until the issue is resolved.
