UNITED24 is not a traditional NGO — it is the official Ukrainian government fundraising initiative, created by Presidential Decree and launched in May 2022. It serves as a single coordinated channel for international charitable donations, routing funds directly to relevant state ministries: the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development.
The platform operates across four focus areas: defense and demining, medical aid, restoration and reconstruction, and support for future generations. Donors can choose which area to support. Donations are processed by the National Bank of Ukraine and reported publicly on the platform’s website.
UNITED24 has engaged dozens of global ambassadors — athletes, artists, and public figures — to amplify its fundraising campaigns internationally. All donations are official government revenue subject to state audit and parliamentary oversight.
