Hospitallers Medical Battalion

The Hospitallers Medical Battalion was founded in 2014 as a volunteer unit of paramedics and combat medics. Unlike hospital-based organisations, the Hospitallers work on the zero line — evacuating the wounded directly from active combat positions to stabilisation points, often under artillery and drone fire.

The organisation trains its own medics to TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) standards and procures medical vehicles, stretchers, tourniquets, and field surgical kits. Each vehicle and purchase is documented publicly on their social channels and official website.

Donations fund vehicle maintenance and repair, medical consumables, personal protective equipment for medics, and new volunteer training cycles. The foundation operates with minimal administrative overhead — the majority of fundraised money goes directly to field operations.
